The Minority has no say
So, people like me are the minority. I am a young adult who chooses not to purchase health insurance. I have no problem taking the money out of my pocket to pay for a simple checkup. I save my self lots of money this way. But I have been torn on what to do if this bill goes into law. Should I follow the law and take the insurance? Or should I just turn myself in now?
The chances of me becoming a “law breaker” are increasing. Unemployment is increasing, and I am one of those people who are about to loose my job. I cannot afford any more taxes and I cannot afford mandatory health insurance.
I had someone ask me “So even though health insurance is a good thing, you don’t think we should all have it?”
Yes, it is always good to have insurance. It is good to Have a job and it is also good to be able to provide the right life for you and your loved ones. Washington is not leading us down the road to prosperity. With that being said, common sense also has a say. It tells us Capitalism = Success.
Socialism = crumbs
They may claim to be in Americas best interest but it seems like the only people who buy into their beliefs are…well, the simple minded.
I do not mean to be harsh here but I have noticed something very cliche about America. Many of us are so preoccupied with the mundane tasks of day to day life, that they choose not to follow Washington. They choose to accept that the Democrats are really in the fight for “America.” This is good enough for most.
Something pleasing to the ear is said, heard and accepted…no questions asked. To get back on track, I know this bill will not be good for us.
I have also wondered if the government is preparing new prison centers for people like me. Years ago, I heard conspiracy theories about FEMA building prison camps. I wonder how true this really is.
What are the American people going to do if this bill passes. Are we going to lazily sit back and slave for “the man” and get him that tax money or are we going to rebel against him? Would you take your chances in prison?
Below is a link to the song “Death Before Dishonor.” If any metal heads are interested. The song pretty much sums up the feeling of my blog.
“You reap what you sew, you pay what you owe unless you bathe yourself in greed. You rob and you take, your world is fake. There’s no honor amongst the thieves”
Enjoy America
