If you have the power, you have the control

Why does Government want to control Exxon and the price it puts on gas? Is this an example of the government looking out for us? Or is this an example of big brother inching closer and closer to his reign of “Mafioso” ruling? Obama has been quoted to say

1) “America’s Oil addiction compromises national security” and “oil money funds terror” That is why our administration believes out “Age of oil should end.” Those are some scary words, but do not forget we are in a war (for oil or to fight terror) depending on how you see it. So wouldn’t our oil money fund our troops, or maybe the people we are freeing? Or maybe fund the rise of a Middle Eastern democratic party? I have heard of the Republican side using scare tactics and fear to get their way, and obviously our administration is doing the same thing. Make the American people fear the “EVIL” oil so that you can replace it with corn….or something.

Government exaggerated threats to the economy as opposed to addressing the real threats. Ok, Colleges and universities raise tuition on their students every year. This is a real problem that needs to be addressed. Our states are ready to train its work force, but they cannot. Young adults struggle to live, handle their bills and work their way through school. Instead of government worrying about how much the oil companies are making, why not worry about how much universities are making? Why not worry about the young Americans completing their education, so they can get out in the real world and make this country great?

Lawyers are another example of people making too much money. They really don’t do anything; they don’t create anything useful for the country. They don’t produce. But they can suck the money right out of a man’s saving’s. Big brother should keep the cost of a lawyer’s greed down, instead of worrying about Exxon.

Here is another problem that takes advantage of the American people. It is called cap and tax. That statement is so obvious I don’t even feel like expanding it. I mean what good could another tax do for the people?

It is so apparent the administrations only motive is to take control. They want to be the biggest Mafia around. Ignorance does not allow them to see the real problems America has to deal with. Instead all the Administration sees is another way to control what does not belong to them… The Free market!
